Originally from Nepal, Raj Lamichhane brings a global perspective to Silver Buckle Ranch. With degrees from WSU Vancouver and the University of Portland, and experience in caregiving, youth leadership, and community programs, he now operates Oasis Senior Care Home and is dedicated to supporting mission-driven work that strengthens families and youth.
